Head of organization
Agon Ferati serves as the executive leader of the organization, driving strategic growth, managing high-level partnerships, and ensuring the effective delivery of impactful programs. His leadership reflects a strong commitment and a results-oriented approach.
Suela Sinani
Chief financial officer & Member of Assembly
Overseeing the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Her duties include preparing annual and project-specific budgets, developing and implementing financial plans aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, producing accurate and timely financial reports.
Behare Kurtishi
Chief operation officer & Member of Assembly
She develops and implements strategies to improve organizational operations, productivity, and efficiency. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and reports to the management team and the executive director.

Program manager & Member of Assembly
An experienced professional with a proven track record in driving sustainable economic growth, supporting the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems, enhancing institutional and individual capacities, and advancing access to quality education.
